sandwiches and stuff.

ive got the midnight snack munchies! was tossing up between fried rice, couldnt face another bowl of noodles, chicken and finally setlled on boiled eggs, cos we have a whole lovely bunch of fresh eggs in the fridge.
turned into an egg, lettuce and mayo sandwich.

which was extremely satisfying...for about 4mins, and then i was wanting to munch on something again. could i possibly be pregnant? kidding!!!!! i know im always like this, haha. (hungry and eating, not pregnant! imagine if u were always pregnant, or rather dont...*cough*)

sigh i dont want to keep eating so recklessly especially not at stupid hours of the morning like now. why ar
en't i in bed?? cos i know i can sleep in until 3pm tomorrow if i feel like it. which means once again i will not sleep at night. ohh. why do i do this? stupid sleeping cycles. one day i will actually use my holidays to get into a normal sleeping cycle. ohh but can u imagine waking before 9am every morning?!! what a horrid thought!!!

it'd be like waking up for dorm showers again. ooh that was nasty! even on weekends! have they no pity for lazy foreign girls wishing to indulge and lie in bed all morning but yet still be clean and washed for the day?? sadly not.

back to the dorms while we're on the topic. leila mentioned in a comment about how she slept between lou and my beds for a fortnight or so, and do that she did!
fairy bread was courtesy of the sprinkles my parents brought me at mid-year (on request of course!).

second additional note on the room was the poster lou brought with her when she moved in (or just prior to it), cos she couldnt bear us to part with our favourite russian celebrity, and here she is playing tribute to him, our darling mr. russian president Vladimir (vwaddy!) Putin.

randomly his photo was stuck on a map of the city of shenyang that was on lou's dorm wall when she moved in. let's just say we all became rather attached to him and decided to keep him close to us.

i still remember the day in a bookshop (im pretty sure it was in shanghai) when leo found a book on vladimir and showed me, asking something about if i thought he was attractive. think i almost choked in my laughter but he went on to assure me that vladdy is apparently known for being quite the lady-killer in russia. haha. i couldnt stop laughing, but leo flicked open to the start of a chapter and from what i could make of the chinese i do believe it actually said something along the lines of how he was very popular among the ladies. so there we have it. a russian lady-killer watched affectionately over us in our sleep each night. lol

while im just randomly chattering about, (the hunger pangs seem to have faded after the drumstick icecream i just had, discovered 3 boxes of them in the freezer - jackpot! oh but i need to start some form of exercise sooner or later, there's got to be only so far my miraculous metabolism can go im afraid), i will mention my conditioner.

couldnt be bothered hunting out my camera and taking a photo of the real thing but here is one that looks similar, if not the same one, it's a pantene called 'blonde expressions - butternut' or something, it comes out a creamy yellow colour and it smells AWESOME! i cant get over the smell, it is so so good. i keep trying to work it out. i reckon it's got watermelon scent perhaps. not what you'd expect but really nice and sweet. i believe they have a range for brunettes too, but im not sure if the scent is the same or different. could be an even better one, who knows? if anyone tries it though, let me know. haha

wow this post is just flowing nicely from one thing to the next in terms of my train of thought cos now we are still on the topic of scents. my friend kyla recently introduced me to Dolce & Gabbana's 'Light Blue' and i am in love! if anyone's out of ideas for my birthday (yes just realised its about 1 month away, cos winter has officially started, exciting!) then feel free to group together and get a small bottle of this cos it smells so so so good!

unexpectedly, judging by both its name and looks - it's actually quite citrus! rather grapefruitish perhaps. (so clearly it's not to everyone's taste) but i LOVE citrus! citrus is my favourite scent for probably everything. orange lipbalms and glosses especially rule!! citrus fruits (i.e. the real things) rule too. winning the race would have to be oranges, followed perhaps by grapefruit, or whatever that really big yellow orange-looking-like fruit is that i always seem to be eating in china, but have never actually had in aust, followed by mandarins and lemons. lime, although very cool in appearance probably rank last - i dont really have much use for limes im afraid. yet...

Lime with frangelico. That will give you a use for lime that will leave it on a par with or possibly above lemon. Also Thai food uses lime YUM like in phad thai. and my awesome awesome biscuits that you will one day get around to making.
did you enjoy my series of comments the other day? I was excited to see that you must have been online this morning when I saw Thursday 7 June and then saw 2am or whatever it is. Yes you are silly. You will have to get up by at least 12 to have lunch with us at sushi wushi tomorrow though. To which you will come! because I say so!
Love cathy :)
